How can I reschedule delivery?
We currently don’t offer the option to select a specific delivery date at checkout. However, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number along with the logistics provider's details.

We use Sunbrella fabric in our outdoor furniture, known for its exceptional durability and resistance to the elements. This high-performance fabric is UV-resistant, water-repellent, and easy to clean, making it perfect for withstanding outdoor conditions while maintaining vibrant colors over time.
How does Saltbox teak furniture perform in the sun?
Our outdoor furniture features a premium deck made from a unique blend of wood and plastic, consisting of 60% wood, 35% HDPE, and 5% additives (color and UV protection). This material is designed for low maintenance, requiring minimal care while offering exceptional durability. It does not discolor, maintaining its rich appearance over time. Specifically engineered for outdoor use, it provides a long-lasting, weather-resistant solution that enhances the beauty and functionality of your outdoor spaces.
Do you sell Protective Covers?
Yes! Every piece of furniture purchased at Saltbox comes with a free protective cover to ensure the durability of the product, but we also sell them separately. For more information, please visit theProtective Covers section.

WPC: The Chill Deck
Your Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) surfaces are designed for outdoor adventures. Treat them right, and they’ll be your best patio buddy:

Saltbox accepts all types of US credit cards and Shop pay. We also offer financing through Affirm with up to 24 months of interest-free payments.
Is sales tax included in the cost?
Taxes are not included in the prices. The applicable tax will be calculated and added at checkout.

Do you have a return fee?
