Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee at checkout. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

*Delivery dates for presale or pre-order items can change from the initially projected date.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: A shipping surcharge will apply, and delivery times may vary.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Partners 

All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Fulfillment Centers and shipped via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Delivery Requirements

Saltbox is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our furniture and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

·  Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

·  Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

·  Customized or clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Experience Team at sales@saltboxshop.com to request a return authorization.

2. Prepare the Package: Repack the item securely in the original packaging. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Ship the Item: Use the provided prepaid return label and drop the package at the designated carrier location.

4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Fees

Returns are free if the item arrives damaged or defective.

For other returns, a $25 restocking fee may apply, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

·  Contact us at sales@saltboxshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.

·  Provide photos of the damage or defect and your order number.

·  We will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

·  Clearance or final sale items

·Customized furniture
